I have never experienced anything like it and had no clue something like this even existed. She called out of the blue one day and explained about a job I applied for months ago. She emailed me a load of information, she made me a physical interview with the company and also a Teams  meeting with herself. She later called again a few days before the formal physical interview to ask how I was and if i had any questions. Again she sent me some tips and info about interviews. Is it cheaper to recruit myself, or through an agency?

According to Monster, the average true cost of recruiting a new staff member is approximately £4,500 using internal or external methods.

We personally think that to answer this question you need to ask yourself, how much is your time worth? Do you have the time to sift through hundreds of CVs per database (That will cost you around £200 per week to access, per database).
