Our client is a rapidly growing clothing manufacturer and was in the process of building out their operational functions. They faced significant challenges across sales, administration, and supply chain management, increasing the urgency to hire an Operational Manager. With multiple business demands and international travel looming, finding a solution quickly became a top priority.
Given the tight timeline, project recruitment was the ideal approach. This allowed us to establish clear deadlines for submitting the CV shortlist, receiving client feedback, scheduling interviews, and setting a target start date. By planning these steps in advance, the recruitment team, client, and candidates all had a clear roadmap to follow, ensuring accountability and timely delivery of results.
The agreed shortlist of five candidates was submitted on schedule, with three selected for the pre-arranged interview slots. Since candidate availability had been vetted against the interview schedule ahead of time, there were no delays in securing these meetings. Interviews were conducted seamlessly, and a successful candidate was hired before the client’s scheduled business trip to the Far East.
