Our client is a rapidly growing clothing manufacturer and was in the process of building out their operational functions. Our client is a small but growing company operating in a niche segment of Asset Finance, an industry notoriously difficult for recruitment due to a limited pool of qualified candidates and intense competition. The sector is highly interconnected, making it challenging to identify new talent outside of their existing networks.

To tackle this, we recommended a retained search, offering the client maximum reach and dedicated resources through a specialised talent team. One of the major advantages of this approach is access to comprehensive market research and mapping. Before engaging with potential candidates, we conduct a thorough analysis of all businesses within the sector to uncover passive (hidden) candidates.
