Business Development Executive – Salford
Manchester Staff are currently searching for a Business Development Executive to be based in our clients fast paced, centrally located offices in Salford Quays. Our client is an industry leading supplier of Commercial Appliances and this is a full time permanent position.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is a passionate and hungry Business Development Executive with the desire to achieve and further progress their career.
The ideal Business Development Executive will be experienced in outbound lead generation and telesales.
- Setting appointments and generating sales orders.
- Making outbound calls utilising leads passed from the Digital team.
- Strategic and targeted dials to develop new business for the company.
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators.
- Work alongside the Business Development Managers to develop and close sales opportunities.
Skills and Experience;
- Minimum of 2 years Business Development experience.
- Previous experience in a telephony based role.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Outbound B2B sales experience.
- Able to work towards KPI’s
- Ability to build rapport and close sales.
- Previous appointment setting experience is desirable.
– Attractive salary of £25,000 basic (£40,000 – £50,000 OTE in year one)
– Working hours: 08.30 – 16.30
– Guaranteed Bonus
