Job Description

Manchester Staff are currently searching for an Ecommerce Product Owner to work 1 or 2 days a week in our client’s head office in Lytham with most of the week working remotely from home or similar. This is a full-time permanent position.

The Ecommerce Product owner will report into the Ecommerce Product Manager and support the strategic development of the Ecommerce Platform. You will work with external developers/engineers to lead all 3rd party Ecommerce integrations and act as the subject matter expert for the product whilst considering user experience whilst on site.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ Years’ experience in an Ecommerce / Marketplace Manager role either client or agency side.
  • Ecommerce product experience.
  • Able to develop product roadmaps from initial landing on the site to end purchase/conversion.
  • Able to monitor site performance (Speed and core web vitals) and liaise with external SEO Agencies to deliver optimisations.
  • Knowledge of software development and coding languages.
  • Able to support with issues and incidents on the site or escalate appropriately.
  • Able to manage external relationships and communicate to key stakeholders of all levels.

 

The Package:

  • Salary of £38 – £45k dependant on experience.
  • Profit share bonus.
  • Hybrid Working week with 1 or 2 days a week in the office, the rest remote.
