Manchester Staff are currently searching for an Office Administrator / PA to be based in our client’s offices in Handforth. This is a full-time permanent position.

The ideal Office Administrator will provide administrative assistance to the office and PA support to the directors. This is a full-time permanent Office Administrator position.
Skills and experience required:
- Experienced in providing PA support at Director level.
- Experienced in managing emails and diaries.
- Well versed in Microsoft packages and experienced in CRM management.
- Answering the phone & directing calls.
- Bookkeeping.
- Flexibility.
- Maintaining Office staff recording (Including holidays).
- Maintaining client records and chasing for missing paperwork.
- General office Admin.
The Package:
- £24-27,000 Salary.
- Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
- Parking on site.
- 20 days holidays plus Bank Holidays.
- Pension.
