Manchester Staff are currently searching for an Office Administrator to be based in our client’s offices in Handforth. This is a full-time permanent position.

The ideal Office Administrator will provide administrative assistance to the office and PA support to the directors. This is a full-time permanent Office Administrator position.
Skills and experience required:
·Answering the phone & directing calls.
·Monthly invoicing of clients.
·Chasing overdue payments.
·Maintaining Office staff recording (Including holidays).
·Maintaining client records and chasing for missing paperwork.
·General office Admin.
·PA support to the Directors.
·Parking on site.
·20 days holidays plus Bank Holidays.
