We are currently offering a Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer the opportunity to join our latest development programme. No previous recruitment or sales experience is required for this role, although sales experience will often help you get off to a faster start!

UK Staffing Group have recently won a number of large contracts which we need to be fulfilled in 2023. We are currently offering ambitious and highly motivated sales candidates the opportunity to join our development programme starting in July. No previous recruitment experience is required for this role, although sales experience is beneficial.
We have a proven training & development system which gives you the blueprint to success in recruitment. Our experienced Business Directors will help you develop the skills to win your own clients and build a strong candidate network. You will also work closely with the team to deliver on a number of large client projects sourcing the best candidates on the market.

We recruit for a wide range of disciplines including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Accounting, IT, Engineering & Construction.
Unlike most other recruitment companies in the UK we have a special USP; we have many clients that come to us for business rather than us having to be heavily reliant on cold calling or outbound marketing. This has led to winning a number of large projects and 2023 is set to be our biggest year yet!
